NEW Requirements to Receive a Food Box at the Cultural Cup Food Bank!

There are new requirements that St Mary's has set and we will be honoring them.
1) You must live within the zip codes listed below.
2) You must have an ID.
3) You must provide current proof of address!

*This policy will not apply to Organizational Case Managers. Exceptions to the "Elderly and Disabled" and those with food restrictions, are considered as "case by case".

CCFB Zip Code Zone is in YELLOW:

85003, 85004, 85006, 85007, 85008, 85012, 85013,
85014, 85016, 85018, 85034, 85040, 85042

If you need to see a doctor and you don't have insurance... EVERY SATURDAY at The Cultural Cup Food Bank we will have doctors and nurses available.

(*Sorry NO OB/GYN at this time*)
(Call first to see if Pediatrics Doctor will be in.)
